  • Veson Nautical pays 100% of health and dental insurance for individuals. For family plans, the employee pays only a small percentage of the cost.
  • Veson Nautical pays 100% of premiums for life insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability insurance.

  • QA Engineer

    As a Veson Nautical QA Engineer you will help ensure product quality and customer satisfaction for the world's leading developer of commercial maritime shipping software. You will be responsible for the development and execution of manual and automated test cases and QA processes that ensure quality throughout our release schedule. You will have a deep understanding of our customer's workflow and processes and uncover and diagnose problems in new and existing code by running customer centric scenarios. You will document tests, test plans and cases. You will have an important role in notifying developers, managers, field personnel of quality issues, and will lead the effort to identify areas for improvement of overall system quality.

  • Technical Solutions Engineer

    As a Veson Nautical Technical Solutions Engineer you will provide technical support for the world's leading developer of commercial maritime shipping software. You will have a deep understanding of our customer's workflow and processes and will work independently and in collaboration as necessary to research and troubleshoot issues and implement appropriate solutions. You will assist clients via phone, email, and web sessions. You will collaborate with the Product Director and clients to manage beta testing new major features.   • Trading Consultant — Boston

    As a Veson Nautical Trading Consultant, you will function as a Trading expert throughout the sales, implementation, and deployment phases of the world's leading enterprise software solution for maritime commercial operations. You will provide pre-sales support, deliver product demos, author proposals, and quickly map customer processes to product capabilities. Your responsibilities will extend throughout the project lifecycle for any Trading related projects — understanding customer's needs, gathering requirements, tracking features, and facilitating communications. You will serve as a go-to resource for trading, financials and risk management knowledge. You will assist in coordinating and prioritizing client development requests concerning freight trading and risk management. You assist in providing customized training and ongoing support to end-users, IT, and management to ensure successful system adoption. You will work closely with the Veson Nautical product team to define and verify customizations, and to support successful enterprise software implementations.
