Liner

In addition to realizing all of the benefits of IMOS, ship owners, operators and charterers who operate a liner business can easily analyze port and vessel performance, streamline schedule planning, and enhance bunker management.

Specifically, managers can:

  • Gather information sent from vessels and compare it to the original plan
  • Display up-to-date data on vessel performance
  • Connect with an existing vessel loading plan (VLP) data system
  • Analyze, manage, and monitor sailing schedules for each liner service
  • Improve vessel deployment and repositioning to align schedules with changes in demand
  • Minimize the impact of service disruptions, itinerary changes, and supply changes (such as adding vessels to a service) on the financial performance of the company
  • Monitor operational performance of each voyage and vessel, including speed and consumption, ETAs, and distance
  • Centrally manage bunker requirements, including inquiries and procurement for the entire fleet
