The Data Services module facilitates the flow of information, aids integration of IMOS Financials and other modules with your infrastructure, and captures information at the source.
The IMOS Messaging Service provides a set of XSL schemas that document the types of messages supported. Messages can be sent and received via email (SMTP), Web (HTTP/HTTPS), database tables, flat files, and MSMQ. This service covers all key areas—including authentication, messaging, transaction management, data management, and reporting.
Fairplay Sea-Web
Veson Nautical is pleased to offer integration with Sea-web from Lloyd’s Register Fairplay. Sea-web is the ultimate maritime reference tool, combining comprehensive ships, companies, shipbuilders, port state control, and ISM data into a single application. Sea-web is a natural complement to Veson Nautical’s IMOS application. Clients are automatically logged into Sea-web through IMOS and have access to search the Sea-web database through IMOS’easy-to-use lists. Clients who utilize vessels on SPOT, TC Trip, Time Charter and Voyage Charter, find this integration especially valuable in enabling simple vessel search and significantly reducing data entry.
Jeppesen Marine C-MAP
Veson Nautical is pleased to offer integration with Jeppesen’s state-of-the-art nautical charts. Plan voyages, analyze incident sites, improve efficiency, and limit environmental impact using Jeppesen’s maritime navigational charts within your IMOS installation. Use this highly acclaimed cartography and software to chart the best possible course for your voyage. Veson Nautical offers two versions of the charts:
Jeppesen charts are efficient, reliable, and up to date. Through the utilization of this product, operators will be able to closely analyze the estimated or planned route of a vessel as well as create their own routes using Veson’s point-to-point calculator. Jeppesen charts are official government-issued ENC that meet the carriage requirement to replace paper charts.
