Simplify information distribution between ship and shore

IMOS Onboard—easy to install and use software that resides on a vessel computer—simplifies, manages, and automates vital voyage communications from ships to onshore company offices. It enables officers and the onshore offices to track vessel status through timely position, arrival, departure, and activity reports created at sea—including position/noon reports, port activity reports, departure reports, and custom reports. These reports are submitted and routed via email to onshore company offices and imported automatically into IMOS. Or an office can preview and modify reports before they are accepted.

Key Features Two-way transmission of information—The ship sends reports and ETA/ETD updates while the office updates itineraries and modified reports. Templates—Create custom reports as well as edit default Arrival, Departure, Position, and Activity reports. Organize templates into groups and assign them to fleets as needed. Information sharing (if permitted by office)—Ship personnel can send reports from IMOS Onboard to third parties, such as port agents, charterers, and other companies.
