What is the hotel cancellation policy?
Attendees are solely responsible for any/all cancellation fees incurred. Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is received till August 15th, no cancellation fees apply. For any cancellation received after August 15th, full stay cancellation fees apply.
How can I make changes to an existing reservation?
Any/all hotel accommodation changes need to be arranged directly with the hotel. Please contact Natasha.Zoupanou@luxurycollection.com for any inquires.

When and where is ONCOURSE 2023?
ONCOURSE will be held in Athens, Greece on September 19 & 20, at the Hotel Grande Bretagne and King George.
Are the two event locations the same?
The Hotel Grande Bretagne and King George Hotel are directly next to each other/connected, owned and operated together.
Hotel Grande Bretagne: Will host our general sessions and meals.
Hotel King George: Will host our breakout sessions.
What are the current COVID-19 international air travel requirements?

Is there a mobile app for the conference?
Yes, a mobile app for accessing and managing event logistics will be made available to attendees before heading to ONCOURSE. You can utilize this app to sign up for breakout sessions, view the current agenda, view conference room locations, and more!

What types of content can I expect?
ONCOURSE will feature two full days of visionary presentations, panels, and networking, as we explore the critical topics of connecting the global maritime ecosystem, managing complex regulations, and the vital role of data in enhanced decision making. Sessions will range from strategic thought leadership to tactical learning about Veson solutions.
Will there be sessions related to Veson’s newer products, Oceanbolt, Q88, and VesselsValue?
Yes! As we have expanded our solutions to include vessel document management and data analytics, we are excited to bring educational and thought leadership content on these topics to ONCOURSE as well. Please reference the agenda for the last information on specific sessions.

During registration, there will be a section to indicate any dietary needs or food allergies. We will make sure to communicate these needs to the conference venue.
